What got you into creating apps on Social Media?

I started helping a friend of mine out with an app called Zippoe which was attempting to create a social network for real estate buyers and sellers. While there, I came up with an idea for my first app which was called Club2Nite. That was 2011. I created the first app that was live streaming within a social network. Nobody was doing it before us.

Tell Us more about your latest creation and what it is intended for?

Our newest app is called TheSoapBoxx. TheSoapBoxx is an app that aggregates trending topics videos from different social platforms. It allows users to post 45 second videos about their own thoughts, or about the trending video topics that are happening. It also allows users to debate h ead to head over trending topics or posts that other users post. It also has a petition feature, that allows users to set up petitions like Change.org, but they are video petitions where the person's signature is a video that they post in support. Lastly, the app has what we call the "TownHall" feature that allows Podcasters to upload their full podcast, but also has the ability to operate like a Clubhouse audio room, but with all video. It's built for debate, trending topics and to understand what people are feeling.

Can you go more in-depth on the Sports Debate and what people have to do, who want to participate?

Oh man!!! So prior to our full launch, we are creating a series of debate tournaments in the app. There will be a Politics debate tournament, a Relationship Debate tournament, a Battle Rap tournament and to start it all off, a Sports Debate tournament.

We're partnering with Thawed Magazine to allow ANYONE who feels they are capable of winning a sports debate on various sports topics to join in on this tournament. Our first tournament will have between 16 and 32 participants, it will be double elimination, up to the final round. The winner gets the first $500 prize. In order to participate, they have to reach out to myself at 313 575 2189 by text. We're going to allow the first 32 in.

Soap Box is your second app, correct? Do you have plans to create another app, again?

Oh YEAH!!! I have a few more items that we are working on, there are some things we are doing with apparel that are very exciting, as well as a pay app to assist workers in a specific industry that we feel is constantly left unprotected. TheSoapBoxx is for grown ups who want to discuss issues in a safe and transparent environment. Kind of like Twitter X TikTok X Change.Org. LiveWaves is for content creators who want to create today and get paid today, and for people that love places like facebook and instagram.

Tell our readers how they can join in on both apps?

You can find LiveWaves on both the Apple App Store and on Google Play by searching LiveWaves. (We're set for a relaunch in June with some cool AI and ticketing features) You can find TheSoapBoxx on both the Apple App Store and on Google Play by searching TheSoapBoxx (all one word)

What are some of the features, of both apps, that will gain our readers attention?

Well, in LiveWaves, you can upload videos, pictures, documents into your posts just like you would on Facebook or Instagram, but you can add a cost to them. So if you have a picture that you feel is worth more than 1000 words, but maybe $1000...You can actually make that happen on LiveWaves. That also goes for a video, a movie, a song, an album, a book, a podcast, or whatever. The beauty is, what you earn from your content, you can be paid instantly on LiveWaves.

On TheSoapBoxx, you can earn money from your debates. We've created a monetization model that allows debaters to begin to earn COINS after they acquire a certain level, and those coins translate directly in to cash for the user. Also, our TownHall feature allows you to place up to 10 people in a live stream and move people on and off of the live stream as you choose. It also allows for users who are watching to ask a 45 second question on video, while your platform is live.

Is there anything else you want to tell our readers, that we may have left out?

Both platforms are COMPLETELY BLACK OWNED. People have been pining for black owned platform that does things in a way that is different, but keeps the continuity of what they are used to in their primary social platforms. We feel we have done that, and improved on what's already out there. Technology wise...Threads has nothing on TheSoapBoxx. Technology wise...OnlyFans and Patreon have NOTHING on LiveWaves. People just got to know we are there. And we're about to make sure they do.
